Beatrice A. Brickell
Beatrice A. Brickell is a member in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. She graduated from Washington College of Law at American University and received a Masters in International Law from Georgetown University. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland.
Ms. Brickell's expertise involves customs and trade related matters, particularly in the steel and specialty chemical sectors, and she is currently representing SPC&B clients before the U.S. Commerce Department and U.S. Customs and Border Protection with respect to antidumping proceedings and attendant customs issues.
Ms. Brickell is admitted to the U.S. Court of International Trade, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
